Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Provide strategic oversight aligning SAVI’s initiatives with its mission
- Contribute 3-6 hours monthly to board activities
- Lead or co-lead at least one board committee
Governance and Oversight
- Attend quarterly board meetings
- Oversee strategic plan implementation
- Foster a culture of excellence and transparency
Financial Stewardship
- Adhere to the minimum give/get contribution policy
- Support fundraising efforts
- Contribute to budget development and oversight
Community Engagement
- Represent SAVI in the community
- Leverage networks to advance SAVI’s goals
- Participate in SAVI events and activities
