Adrianne Phillips
Adrianne Phillips, a 100% service-disabled Veteran, founded SAVI in response to the critical need for supporting Veterans transitioning to civilian life. With over 11 years of experience in the Veterans benefit sector and as an entrepreneur, Adrianne brings invaluable insights to our mission.

Michael Foster
Mike Foster, a former Naval Officer and graduate of the US Naval Academy, brings his expertise as an entrepreneur and real estate investor to SAVI. As the Education Chief and Podcast Host for Active Duty Passive Income, Mike mentors thousands of Veterans worldwide, sharing wealth-building strategies and creative financing techniques.

Aloysius Teo
Aloysius Teo contributes over twenty years of technology experience to SAVI. As an advisor, project manager, and consultant, he guides early-stage startups and established businesses in developing innovative solutions across multiple industries, including healthcare, blockchain, and AI.

Dr. Jeffrey M. Daniels

Strategic Leadership
- Provide strategic oversight aligning SAVI’s initiatives with its mission
- Contribute 3-6 hours monthly to board activities
- Lead or co-lead at least one board committee
Governance and Oversight
- Attend quarterly board meetings
- Oversee strategic plan implementation
- Foster a culture of excellence and transparency
Financial Stewardship
- Adhere to the minimum give/get contribution policy
- Support fundraising efforts
- Contribute to budget development and oversight
Community Engagement
- Represent SAVI in the community
- Leverage networks to advance SAVI’s goals
- Participate in SAVI events and activities
