What it is

Transition 2.0 is a light-lift, outcomes-focused pilot from SAVI that empowers you to:

Activate core federal benefits (health care, disability, pension when eligible) using plain-language guides built from the 2025 Federal Benefits Guide.

Plug into trustworthy support, including VSOs/providers and peer communities.

Map your next moves across SAVI’s four transition tracks: Employment, Education, Entrepreneurship, and Retirement

Leave with a simple, one-page roadmap you’ll actually use.

Who it’s for (meet any 3 of 4)

  • Benefit activation–ready in the next 30–60 days (e.g., VA health care, disability claim starter, pension if eligible).
  • Goal realignment for life after service (income stability, housing/home purchase, education/training, location, family well being).
  • Community reconnection with reputable VSOs/providers and peer networks.
  • Clarity & confidence boost from a practical what to do next plan.
  • Baseline: you re 12+ months post-separation

    Note: This pilot emphasizes self-service + group support. Case-by-exception 1:1 assistance may be offered if needed.
