- Benefit activation–ready in the next 30–60 days (e.g., VA health care, disability claim starter, pension if eligible).
- Goal realignment for life after service (income stability, housing/home purchase, education/training, location, family well-being).
- Community reconnection with reputable VSOs/providers and peer networks.
- Clarity & confidence boost from a practical “what to do next” plan.
- Baseline: you’re 12+ months post-separation.
