ABOUT
Adrianne Phillips is a service-disabled Veteran, who founded Strategic Alliance for Veteran Integration (SAVI) as a reaction to the immense need for support of Veterans transitioning to civilian life.
After serving in the U.S. Air Force as a combat service-member and Security Forces, Adrianne transitioned out of the military and into civilian life. She soon realized that Veterans often transition with little to no structural support or guidance. This prompted her to spend over 11 years working in the Veterans benefit sector, including working in development, adjudication, training, quality assurance, and division management.
In 2011, she started Traveler’s Q, a corporation focusing on event travel management and corporate business travel. As a businesswoman, Adrianne leveraged her extensive experience in project management, budget analysis, business development, and customer relationship management, in order to provide business clients with a seamless traveling experience. Her strategic relationships have spanned over global markets and allowed her to develop a diverse spectrum of negotiating skills, translated through cultural diversity.
A few years later, she harnessed her experience as a Veteran, benefits manager, and entrepreneur and founded SAVI, a non-profit organization with the goal of supporting every service-member’s transition.
Using her knowledge and skills, she now helps individuals, specifically Veterans, leverage opportunities and transition to the next chapter in their lives. She speaks to diverse organizations about strategic planning, intentional networking, business negotiations, and thought leadership.
Adrianne’s brings value in networking and relationships. She empowers individuals to align their actions with their personal values and reach their professional goals.
