Programs built around the benefits you earned

SAVI's programs give Veterans and transitioning service-members free, one-on-one federal benefits education and transition coaching, organized around the goal each Veteran is actually working toward.

SAVI Transition Incubator

Our flagship program pairs each Veteran with a dedicated transition coach for a 12 to 15 month engagement. Together they map the federal benefits the Veteran has earned, sequence the deadlines that matter, and build a plan toward the Veteran's own goal.

Program details

  • Who it serves: service-members within a year of separation or retirement, through their first year as Veterans. Most reach us early: 92 percent while still in active service.
  • Cost: free.
  • Results: about 200 Veterans a year, 98.2 percent retention, and 100 percent of graduates awarded a primary federal benefit.

Status: new intake is paused while we hire our first full-time transition coach. Current participants continue without interruption.

Common questions

Are SAVI's programs free?

Yes. All SAVI programs are free to Veterans.

Is SAVI accepting new participants?

Not right now. New Incubator intake is paused while we hire a full-time coach. Our free education resources remain open to every Veteran.

Does SAVI file claims for Veterans?

No. SAVI provides federal benefits education and coaching. Only a Department of Veterans Affairs-accredited representative may prepare, present, or prosecute a claim, and we refer Veterans to one.
